Janis was inspired by her father to travel. He always had a dream to travel but passed away before having that opportunity. Janis loves experiencing other countries and their cultures, and learning about the people’s way of life. The best part of a successful booking for Janis is when she hears back from a client that the trip she planned for them provided an “aha” moment. Knowing that she helped to bring a new experience to her client is a source of great satisfaction to her. Working with TierOne means she can provide her clients with the support required to offer excellence in service. Included in her travel agency office she has opened a travel boutique that offers a variety of products to men, women and children from sunglasses and swimwear to international travel phones. Janis travels six to seven times a year and her upcoming trips include the Big Island, Hawaii, Dominican Republic, New York, the Mayan Riviera and Las Vegas.
