Janice is a relative newcomer to the travel industry having been an agent for only the past four years. Prior to becoming an agent she had a career in the aviation industry for the previous 20 years. She decided to become an agent because she enjoyed traveling so much. Researching other cultures and meeting new people made bookings a logical progression for her. A bonus of her work is seeing how happy and excited clients are when they make the arrangements for a trip. Her biggest sense of accomplishment comes when she routinely secures the best price for the ideal holiday her clients have imagined. With her time away from the office Janice's favorite thing to do is spend time with her horses. Janice travels between five and eight times a year. This year she has trips planned for herself to Africa, Arizona and Hawaii.
